The Filosogno Promise: 30-day satisfaction guarantee

Every Filosogno product is crafted with care. If a course, pattern collection or bundle isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No complicated forms, no pressure.

How to request a refund

  1. Email ciao@filosogno.com within 30 days of your order date.
  2. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. A sentence about what didn't work for you is welcome but never required.
  3. We confirm your request within 2 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method and, depending on your bank, appears within 5–10 business days.

Once a refund is issued, the licence to the product ends: access is removed and any downloaded files must be deleted.

Fair use

The guarantee exists for customers who are genuinely unsatisfied. We may decline requests that show clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund across several orders. This never limits your statutory rights described below.

Faulty or incomplete files

If a file won't open, is incomplete or doesn't match its description, write to us and we will send a corrected version straight away, or refund you if we can't fix it. This applies at any time, in line with your legal rights for non-conforming digital content (Directive (EU) 2019/770).

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Consumers in the European Union normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Our products are digital content supplied without a physical medium. At checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the download or access begins (Art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 59(1)(o), Italian Consumer Code). This does not affect our voluntary 30-day guarantee above, which is more generous than the law requires.

Returns

We sell digital products only, so there is nothing to ship back.
