1. Who we are

filosogno.com is operated by AtlasForge LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Filosogno", "we", "us"). By using this website or buying our products you agree to these Terms. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

2. Our products

We sell digital products: illustrated e-book courses, PDF pattern collections and bundles of these. Each product page describes what is included. Images are illustrative of the style and projects taught.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) for Italy and Europe and in US dollars (USD) elsewhere. Prices for consumers in the EU include VAT where applicable; other taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through the secure payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered instantly after payment through download links on the confirmation page and by email. See our Shipping policy for details.

5. Your licence

When you buy a product we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, read, print and use it for your own crafting. You may make, give and sell the finished handmade items you create from our patterns. You may not copy, share, upload, resell, distribute or translate the files themselves, in whole or in part, or use them to create competing patterns or courses. All rights not expressly granted remain with AtlasForge LLC.

6. Guarantee and right of withdrawal

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee and the rules on the EU right of withdrawal for digital content are described in our Refund policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. No guaranteed results

Our courses teach techniques with care, but results depend on your practice, materials and time. We do not promise any specific outcome, including any income from selling the items you make.

8. Liability

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Your account and conduct

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for providing accurate information at checkout. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
